HUKUM EKONOMI SYARI’AH TERHADAP PERJANJIAN KERJA

Abstract

Employment agreement is an agreement which is held by two persons (parties) or more. One party promises to provide jobs and other parties pledged to do the work. Employment agreement is a contract which in Islamic law incorporated into the lease. In fiqh literature, lease called ij?rah. Ij?rah comes from the verb madhi Ajara, which means the rewards. According to the labor laws of Jordan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), ij?rah is to give tenants a chance to take the utilization and goods hired for a specified period in return for which the magnitude has disepakat. This research is a study of the library of the employment agreement according to the laws of Islamic economics. Among other results of the study found that the employment agreement is permissible in Islamic economic laws with the provisions stipulated in the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet.
