Abstract

The use of Justice collaborator in criminal justice is one of the tremendous efforts that can be used to eradicate corruption involving perpetrators of criminal acts itself, in manapelaku was willing to cooperate with law enforcement officials. The role of the witness as Justice collaborator is essential required in order to process the eradication of corruption, as Justice collaborator itself none other than the people involved in the crime or the perpetrators of minor network such offenses are used to uncover the mastermind of that bigger so a criminal offense can be completed and not stop only at the perpetrators are minimal role in the corruption. Starting from this need to be studied and examined more deeply concerned with the criminal law policy governing Justice collaborator corruption in Indonesia.
