Kompetensi Kepala Sekolah Berbasis Maqashid Shariah dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan

Penelitian ini mengkaji rekonstruksi kompetensi kepala sekolah pada lembaga pendidikan Islam melalui perspektif Maqashid Shariah sebagai kerangka normatif dan filosofis. Mutu pendidikan di sekolah Islam sering kali direduksi pada indikator administratif dan kuantitatif, sementara praktik kepemimpinan lebih menekankan aspek manajerial dan prosedural tanpa integrasi nilai-nilai Islam secara sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model konseptual rekonstruktif yang menyelaraskan kompetensi kepala sekolah dengan lima tujuan universal maqashid perlindungan agama, jiwa, akal, keturunan, dan harta guna memperkuat orientasi mutu pendidikan yang holistik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi kepustakaan dengan analisis isi dan analisis tematik terhadap literatur klasik dan kontemporer tentang maqashid, kepemimpinan pendidikan, dan manajemen mutu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap dimensi maqashid berkorelasi langsung dengan kompetensi kepemimpinan tertentu, seperti integritas etis-religius, orientasi kesejahteraan humanistik, penguatan budaya akademik, pembinaan karakter, serta tata kelola yang akuntabel. Integrasi maqashid dalam kompetensi kepala sekolah menghasilkan model kepemimpinan yang integratif dan transformatif, yang mampu menjembatani standar profesional modern dengan legitimasi teologis serta memperkuat mutu pendidikan yang berkelanjutan dan berorientasi pada kemaslahatan
